Tart and quietly sweet — an almost-authentic raspberry experience in a jar.

Raspberries are known for their restraint. Our preserve was composed with the same sensibility. Almost Raspberry is tart, then sweet, then tart again — three movements that unfold across a single spoonful. The 'seeds' are retained, as tradtion asks, and the color is unmistakably close to the berry itself. We have been told it is indistinguishable from raspberry at a reasonable distance.

Naturally gluten-free. Contains no animal-derived ingredients. Produced in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts and dairy.
