Almost Peach
The soft, orchard character of peach — captured almost in its entirety.
In Almost Peach we pursued the unmistakable perfume of a peach on a summer afternoon. The preserve is velvet-textured, softly golden, and honest about its intentions. It is excellent warm, excellent cold, and somehow excellent on nearly anything. We have, on more than one occasion, served it to guests who did not ask what it was. They did not complain.

Soft-stoned and sun-warmed, with a gentle sweetness and the perfume of an orchard in August.

Ingredients.
Sugar, partially inverted syrup, peach-adjacent botanical compound, turmeric oleoresin (for color), cellulose pulp (for mouthfeel), xanthan gum, peach flavor (nature-identical), citric acid, and peach.
Naturally gluten-free. Contains no animal-derived ingredients. Produced in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts and dairy.

A recipe with Almost Peach
